A lot of the dollmakers are free, although for $2 a month, you can get cool extras.

Doll on the Hill Factory is a terrific doll site with amazing dolls and tutorials. Their tutorials have recently been updated and are very user friendly. Also, they host  fantastic dollmakers.  A lot of dollers aspire to hone their skills to that of Suzy and Ika.  DHF also has terrific bases--some of my favorites.  Check out this site if you for any reason doubt that dolling is an art form, or if you just want to peruse beautiful dolls, or if you want to make your own.
